May 31, 2012 has to be one of the best concert experiences that I have had and it’s all thanks to the guys in Greek Fire.

The band didn’t go on until midnight but I was able to catch some of an acoustic set earlier in the day and was able to talk to Moon about upcoming projects they’re working on. I can’t say a lot but you guys will be happy! Expect new merch and music soon. Everyone was so adamant about how thankful they are for everyone of you guys- the fans. They are very thankful for all the support and love that has been shown for Johnny but I digress.

The band came on in a tiny club following Vive Le Vox and Joe Buck Yourself. I didn’t see too much of Moon throughout the show because he kept wandering between the two sides of the bar trying to get people to come over to the show. The energy was powerful and I was screaming my lungs out. Some things that Moon did throughout the show was, climbing up into a go-go dancer cage, crawling under the stage, and walk along the walls. Mark also participated in climbing along the walls. I didn’t know the guys had such good balance.

The setlist for the night was:

Doesn’t Matter Anyway
Break Me Down
Put Your Hands On Me
Normal Life
Make Me Believe
Under The Stars
Dreaming in Deja Vu

I was a little sad because Mark had told me earlier that they would be playing Saddest View but I can’t really complain because I had such a good time. If anyone of you get the opportunity to see them on an upcoming tour, TAKE THE OPPORTUNITY AND GO. You won’t regret it at all.

Dallas show was terrific. Met a lot of truly great people. Blown away by the generosity towards @johnnyvenus. Always impressed w/ Dallas. Thank you good people
